Terms for using Lawn Dominator.
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Lawn Dominators LLC, the operator of the Lawn Dominator app and website.
Acceptance
Using the service means agreeing to these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Lawn Dominator, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.
Accounts
Keep your account accurate and secure
You may need an Apple or Google sign-in to use cloud features. You are responsible for activity through your account, keeping access secure, and providing accurate information. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is being misused.
Lawn-care guidance
An informational tool, not the final authority
The service provides educational information, calculations, reminders, weather context, and organizational tools. It is not professional agronomic, medical, legal, or safety advice. Conditions vary by property. Always read and follow the current product label, safety data, equipment instructions, local restrictions, re-entry intervals, and personal protective equipment requirements. The product label controls if anything in Lawn Dominator conflicts with it.
AI and calculations
Verify outputs before acting
AI diagnoses, weather estimates, measurements, rates, tank-mix calculations, schedules, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for pesticide use, plant diagnosis, automated watering, property boundaries, or any decision that could harm people, pets, plants, property, or the environment.
Connected devices
You remain in control of watering systems
Connected-controller and automation features depend on your equipment, provider, network, sensors, configuration, weather data, and third-party availability. Review schedules and safety settings, prevent conflicting automations, monitor the property, and maintain a way to stop watering. We do not guarantee that a command will run, stop, or run at the intended time.
Subscriptions
Apple or Google handles billing
Some features require an auto-renewing subscription or other purchase. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and store refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the store terms. Cancel through your store account before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting Lawn Dominator or your account does not cancel a subscription. We may change paid features or future pricing as allowed by law and store rules.
Ads and third parties
Other services have their own terms
The free service may show ads and may link to retailers or other sites. Weather, maps, authentication, hosting, purchases, ads, AI, and connected-device features may rely on third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or practices. Retail links may be affiliate links that earn Lawn Dominators LLC a commission without changing your price.
Your content
You keep ownership; you grant what is needed to operate features
You retain ownership of photos, notes, lawn records, reports, and other content you submit. You grant Lawn Dominators LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you use, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service
Do not break the law; harm people, animals, property, or the environment; access another person’s account or data; bypass security or payment controls; interfere with the service; upload malware or unlawful content; scrape or overload systems; reverse engineer where prohibited; or use the service to create or train a competing product except where law expressly allows it.
Our service and intellectual property
A limited license to use Lawn Dominator
Lawn Dominators LLC and its licensors own the service, software, branding, design, and supplied content. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
Availability and termination
Features can change
We may maintain, update, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, fraud, legal requirements, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that logically should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawn Dominator is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not fully apply to you.
Limits of liability
Limits allowed by law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawn Dominators LLC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data or profits, crop or turf damage, property damage, or losses caused by reliance on service outputs or connected-device actions. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Lawn Dominators LLC through the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Oklahoma law and disputes
Try informal resolution first
These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, email support@lawndominators.com with a description of the issue and requested resolution, and allow 30 days for an informal response. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, courts with jurisdiction in Cleveland County, Oklahoma will have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court or urgent injunctive relief where available.
Changes and contact
The current terms are posted here
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to Lawn Dominators LLC at support@lawndominators.com.
