How Lawn Dominators handles data.
Lawn Dominators uses a limited set of device permissions and third-party services to power weather-based tools, lawn logging, photos, reminders, purchases, and ads in the free version. We do not sell your personal information.
What the app stores
Device-stored lawn data
Lawn Dominators stores your lawn profile, grass type, zone, logs, progress photos, premium status, and feature preferences on your device. Some features also use external services to fetch weather or other reference data.
Location
Weather and timing tools
If you allow location access, the app may use your coordinates to estimate hardiness zone, local weather, soil temperature, spray conditions, and similar location-based recommendations. This data is used to power app features and is not required for every screen.
Photos and logs
Progress tracking
Photos you add and application logs you save are used to document lawn history inside the app and are stored on your device by default. If a social or community sharing feature is enabled in a future version, you will be prompted before any data is sent externally. Only the content you explicitly choose to share would leave your device in that case.
Ads and purchases
Free and premium access
Free builds may show ads. Premium purchase status may be checked through the configured purchase provider so paid access can be restored across installs or devices.
Third-party services
Services used to run features
The app may rely on third-party services for weather, purchases, diagnostics, geocoding, barcode lookups, and similar features. Their systems and policies apply when those services are used.
- Weather and geocoding providers for forecasts and location-based recommendations
- Google AdMob for ads in the free version
- RevenueCat and Apple for in-app purchase handling
- Other lookup providers when specific features call them
Your choices
Permissions and contact
You can deny or revoke location, camera, photo library, and notification permissions in your device settings. You can also remove the app at any time. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@lawndominators.com.
Additional notes
Retention, children, and updates
Most user-entered data is retained locally on your device until you remove the app or clear device data. Lawn Dominator is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy from time to time, and the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
