This app is an informational lawn-care tool. It does not replace product labels, site-specific agronomic judgment, or professional advice where safety or legal compliance matters.
User responsibility
You verify labels, timing, and legality
You are responsible for verifying product labels, turf tolerance, local regulations, re-entry intervals, mixing compatibility, and application timing before using any recommendation or calculator output from the app.
No guaranteed outcome
Lawn results still depend on execution
Lawn results depend on climate, grass type, soil conditions, irrigation, mowing, product selection, timing, and user execution. The app cannot guarantee outcomes or problem resolution.
Premium and content access
Availability can change over time
Premium or paid features may change over time. Access depends on the configured purchase provider and the entitlements associated with your account or device.
Safety
Product labels still control
Always read and follow the full product label and safety documentation. Do not use the app as the sole source of truth for pesticide safety, PPE, or legal use directions.
Third-party services
Other providers support core features
The app may rely on third-party services for weather, diagnostics, ads, purchases, geocoding, and similar features. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Governing law
Oklahoma law governs these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the app that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property or data security matters.
