Lawn Dominators Business Suite
The operator side of Lawn Dominator. Recurring schedules, day routes, quotes, invoices, crew dispatch, photo diagnosis, and the pesticide application records a commercial applicator has to keep.
Where this is today
The Business Suite is a separate app from the free homeowner app, and it is not publicly released yet. It is in private beta and being prepared for submission to the App Store and Google Play. There is no public download link, and there is no signup form here. If you run a lawn care company and want to be told when the beta opens, email support@lawndominators.com.

What it does
Only shipped behavior is listed. Nothing below is a roadmap item.
Recurring work
Set a mowing cadence or a treatment program once and the app generates the visits from it, inside the season you set. Pausing or ending a schedule stops future visits without erasing the work already done.
Day routes
A day's visits are ordered into a drivable route from your depot, with travel time estimated between stops. Crew days off are respected, and so are skill and equipment tags, so a job is not handed to a crew that cannot do it.
Quotes
Build a quote from service templates priced either per 1,000 square feet or flat, measure the property to get the square footage, and send the customer a PDF.
Invoicing and payments
Invoices come off completed work and go out by email or text. Card payments run through Stripe. The app never handles card numbers and cannot mark an invoice paid by itself: that is server side only. QuickBooks sync is optional.
Crew dispatch
Crew members get their own day view of the stops assigned to them. While a visit is in progress the office can follow route progress. That location is foreground only, never background, and it is deleted the moment the visit is completed.
Application records
Pesticide and fertilizer applications are recorded with the fields a commercial applicator is actually held to, including product, EPA registration number, rate, area treated, and restricted entry interval. Retention is set per organization and defaults to seven years.
Photo diagnosis
Photograph a problem area and get a starting point for what is wrong with the turf. Two different AI models look at the photo and their answers are reconciled. It is a starting point, not an identification, and the agronomic disclaimer says so plainly.
Customer messaging
A phone number on file never implies permission to text. Consent has to be recorded with a source, and it is re-read from the database immediately before every automated send. Every automated text ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.”
